In the process of feed production, if the equipment is not well maintained, inevitably there will often be a variety of failures that require timely repair, affecting production efficiency. We share with you several common equipment failures and inspection and elimination methods in the feed production process, so as to be able to take less detours in the production of feed, and be able to respond in a timely manner to the emergence of equipment accidents.
A, dustpan elevator. Common faults are material reflux, internal noise, material blockage. Elevator inspection includes fasteners and wearing parts (dustpan), whether the belt runaway and belt tensioning, elevator head wheel, reducer lubrication, drive chain, base also need to check, there is an abnormality in time to stop the inspection, troubleshooting before starting, try to avoid starting with a load, otherwise, the empty open trip.
Second, scraper conveyor. Common faults are chain jumping, scraper easy to damage, material blockage. Fault check first clean up the head and tail wheel foreign body cleaning, check the chain tightness, check the drag wheel and scraper wear degree, sometimes the material density is large, put and under the material faster will also "smash" stop scraper conveyor, so try to avoid uneven feeding in the use of the process.
Three, permanent magnet cylinder. Common failures include poor sealing, damage to the permanent magnet core and poor iron removal effect. Poor sealing is easy to run a large amount of dust, so it should be sealed in a timely manner with a sealing sheet, the permanent magnet core damage requires timely replacement or use a strong magnetic sheet to stick on the emergency use. Permanent magnet cylinder is mainly cleaned up and checked before or after each shift, so that the maximum extent of cleaning iron into the production line.
Fourth, the hammer blade crusher. Common faults 1, strong vibration, the main reasons are as follows: instantaneous feeding too much material; base is not solid; rotor unbalance. Failure 2, bearing heating serious, the main reasons are as follows: bearing quality is not good; too much or too little lubricant; coupling assembly quality is not qualified; strong vibration of the crusher; spindle bearing location damage and bearing bearing assembly method is not correct. Failure 3, leakage of material, check the sieve wear and installation position. Failure 4, insufficient yield, check the degree of hammer wear and opening rate, inspect the auxiliary suction system, check the material moisture.
Five, rotating distributor. Common failure is the distributor to adjust the position in the operation of the computer does not show in place, or when feeding a series of warehouse, the main reason is that the distributor internal travel switch does not touch the interface of the rotating skid, check the sensitivity of the travel switch and the size of the distance between the skid interface, open the inspection hole of the distributor can be observed.
Sixth, double shaft paddle mixer. Common mixer failure is leakage or tripping and scraping wall, if leakage, check the bottom of the mixer door edge of the sealing tape is damaged, if the tripping, check the mixer whether the material is overloaded and whether the air opening setting is appropriate and whether there are foreign objects stuck in the mixer, as well as check the mixer spindle and paddle, and motor seat is solid and the degree of tension of the chain, scraping wall in time to check the paddle and spindle position is loose.
